TIBIAL INTERNAL ROTATION RESET

Reset 1 - In a lunge position, grab your upper calf just below the knee with both hands on either side. Lunge forward while twisting your calf until the muscle stops moving around the bone. Hold the twist and lunge forward. If it works, it will improve your ankle mobility and knee pain if you have it. Repeat for a set and retest ankle mobility

REPEATED ANKLE PLANTARFLEXION AND INVERSION

Reset 2 - for tightness in calves, this reset often works wonders. Grab your forefoot and point your toes downward and inward, making your arch bigger. Hold at the end range and repeat for a set of 10. Re-test your ankle mobility after this. It often works much better and faster than static stretching!
