SCIATIC NEURODYNAMIC VARIATIONS

In these variations, extend your knee and pull your toe toward your head. Then either repeatedly 1) rotate your hip inward 2) "Stir" your entire leg in inward circles 3) Extend your knee and pull your toes up while rotating your trunk to the same side of tightness/pain.
