If you have limited or painful shoulder overhead mobility, check to see if your trunk rotation is limited to the same side. If it is, try the thoracic whip. Place your hands on your chest bone, and rotate as fast as you can to the same limited side. Then re-test your shoulder mobility. If it's better, repeat 10 times hourly and get using the new mobility!
