PALLOF PRESS VARIATIONS

The Pallof Press is a great anti-rotational core exercise. It's great for rehab and warm up. The variations shown in the video work different planes and muscle chains. If one leg is too hard, try two legs down, the progress to standing on one leg closest to the band anchor. Finally, progress to leg down opposite to the anchor.
