PRONE LUMBAR LOADING AND SLACKING

Instead of stretching one sided low back pain or tightness, try slacking it. The on stomach position unloads the back; moving toward it with your arms and hiking your hip often rapidly relieves pain and tightness. Make sure you move toward not away from the side of issues. You can hold this position for 10-15 min as well
