Finally worked up to plank crunches. Three sets of 12! Great doing squats thrusters and calf raises and stretching. Right in my own home!

Great suspension trainer. It is good quality and a good value. I enjoy using it with patients and at home with blood flow restriction training.
My pt had the edge as well as trx. The edge is just as good for my needs at home and, especially since I bought it on sale, much more affordable. I am very satisfied and highly recommend it.
I am completely new to this kind of training. It was recommended by my therapist to help me work on strength and balance issues. The straps are strong, easily adjusted and the handles are comfortable for my arthritic hands. This system is a great aid in working on core strength and strengthening the extremities all at once. It only took me a couple tries to learn to trust the straps and go for it!
My physical therapist recommended this for me, and has since recommended it to SEVERAL others. This is helping my recovery process Aton!plus I can use it as a full body workout for YEARS to come! AND, your customer service is incredible!!!! 🥰

Quality is just as good as the TRX brand, love the rubber grips which gives me more peace of mind for safety when working with patients and wards off sweaty hands. Already had my mother in law go get one for herself! Well done Erson!

I was searching for TRX bands for my new makeshift gym. However, I didn't want to pay the hefty price tag. I did some research and came upon the Edge Suspension Trainer. When it finally arrive, I was more than thrilled. (The Edge professionals kept me constantly updated as to its arrival, which was much appreciated!) It is a perfect equipment for everything you can do with TRX bands but for a fraction of the price. Not only do I love it, but my husband is using it too! I would highly recommend purchasing products from Edge.
The suspension trainer was easy to set up, use and take down. It has been a huge help, since all of the gyms are currently closed in my area. It is easy to modify workouts and exercises for those of all abilities.

It is exactly the same thing as TRX, with a better price tag. Easy to find free workouts online and a great cardio workout at that! Love it!
excellent product however where the straps meet is not a fixed point and the straps slip to one side or the other. It's only 1 or 2 inches but enough that I have to center the straps so the straps are the same length.
There are a lot of good exercises I can do with this piece of equipment. I would prefer a manual rather than having to get it on-line. I would also advise to be careful if putting it over a door. We have standard 6 panel doors and even though it was locked, it opened and I fell backwards. I think the pressure downward on the door caused it to open.
I am impressed with the quality of the suspension trainer, high quality material for a fraction of the cost of the TRX brand. Great purchase.

Great quality and price to match The quality of the Edge suspension trainer is right on par with the name brand which I have had in the past and for a fraction of the cost. It is a great adjunctive to most clinics and I have had several patients look to get them at home as well.

Edge Suspension Trainer The quality of the carabiners is the primary reason I give this product 2 stars. I would have liked to give it a higher rating due to the great price versus the TRX, but the carabiners make it a safety issue. After purchasing, I received an email saying that some units had carabiners that failed and that EMS would swap them for new carabiners. However, my carabiners are sewn in through a metal opening not attached to the gate, so they cannot be removed without cutting fabric and resewing.

great value This suspension trainer is a great value for the price, but it doesn't totally measure up to TRX. the caribiners are not as strong and can be bent if not properly secured and the overall feel is very stiff and difficult to adjust. for the price difference, i don't mind these inconveniences.
