STORE PICKUP - Certain Orders can be picked up at our warehouse. Not all products are eligible for pickup, please email us to arrange for pickup and refund in shipping.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 business days using USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on the product. Flat rate shipping fee of $7-50 applies to orders shipping to the United States. International Shipping Rates vary from $25-90 depending on product/weight.
We do not ship outside of the continental United States for Activforce 2, EDGE Breathing Trainer, EDGE Portable Treatment Table at this time. Please contact us if a product you want is not available for international shipping.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@edgemobilitysystem.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. For digital products such as seminars, you are able to request a refund if less than 50% of the content is watched within 30 days of purchase. Ebooks that are downloaded are not eligible for refunds.
