These cups are difficult to control the amount of suction. I find them quite stiff to push the top to create the suction.

Great value. Packs well (I also treat out of a backpack). I like the variabilty of use and have been getting good results.I got 2 sets so I can have 2 of the same size for bilateral spine stuff.

Great quality product. I really like the firmness of the contact edge (without being Ridgid) and their ability to maintain pressure and contact to the skin during movement of the cup and/or limb. If you want to perform myofascial decompression to improve mobility this is a great affordable tool to have in your practice.

Cup edge 2.0 offers significantly more suction/tissue decompression than does your first offering. I have found that the ease of gliding and patient comfort was better with the initial cupping tools (blue ones) but I appreciate the different sizes to address different tissues and treatment areas.
