Thanks for your interest in or ordering from EDGE Mobility System!

1) Where's my video/seminar/book?

All our media is digital. You received a download or viewing link as soon as you purchased. Look for it in your email. If you can't find it please email us with your order number and we'll send another link. 

2) How do I return an item?

Please visit edgemobsys.com/returns to get started. You can return any item for a full refund in like new condition within 30 days of receipt. Items returned that are no longer wanted will have return shipping subtracted from the refund. Please email us with any concerns or damaged, non working products. If your mirror box comes damaged/cracked, please email us pictures to assist with the claim. You do not have to return a damaged mirror box.

3) Do we offer student discounts?

Yes! Please email regarding student discounts on several EDGE Mobility System products. You need to purchase the item then email your order number and picture of student is for a refund. It can't be combined with other discounts. If your discount is less than the student discount refund, you will be refunded the difference. Student discounts are available for the EDGE Mobility Tool, EDGE Suspension Trainer, and EDGE Restriction System BFR Cuffs

4) Do we offer bulk discounts or distribution?

Yes! Please email us for details on bulk discounts. We offer bulk discounts for products and our online seminars.

5) Are the online seminars eligible for CEUs?

Yes! All the Eclectic Approach Seminars come with access to a folder that includes an online exam, course certificate, instructor CV, course outline and schedule and references. This is everything you need to submit for individual CEU approval. This process is straightforward and most states offer it. Please check with your applicable state board to be sure.
